Terms of Use

1. Provider

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Microsoft Teams agent Vacature Starters Kit (the "Agent") and the website www.beta2business.com (the "Site"), provided by Beta2Business, Admiralengracht 63-3, 1057 EP Amsterdam, the Netherlands (KvK 98853953) ("we", "us").

2. Acceptance

By installing or using the Agent, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation whose Microsoft 365 tenant the Agent is installed in. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Agent.

3. The service

The Agent assists recruiters with job vacancy quality. It provides:

• Feedback on vacancy completeness and quality.
• Tone-of-voice review aligned with the role and target audience.
• Detection of missing information with suggested additions.
• Follow-up questions for the recruiter to ask the hiring client.
• Draft revised vacancy text, suitable for common publication channels.
• Draft outreach messages for active sourcing.
• Light web search for benchmark context.

Functionality outside this list (e.g. persona development, in-depth market analysis, ideal candidate profile, interview question sets, candidate preparation material) is not part of the Agent and may be offered separately.

4. Acceptable use

You will not:

• Use the Agent to violate law or third-party rights.
• Submit personal data of candidates beyond what is strictly necessary, or submit special-category data (e.g. health, religion).
• Reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to extract model weights or system prompts.
• Use the Agent to generate discriminatory, deceptive or unlawful content.
• Resell or rebrand the Agent without our written permission.

5. AI-generated output

Output is generated by large language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or biased. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or acting on it. The Agent supports recruiters; it does not replace human judgement.

6. Intellectual property

The Agent, its prompts, models, code and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the vacancy content you submit and of the final output you choose to publish. We may use anonymised, aggregated usage data to improve the Agent.

7. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates or changes that temporarily affect access.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the Agent or the Site is limited to direct damages and capped at the fees paid for the Agent in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages, or for damages caused by reliance on AI-generated output.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Agent at any time by uninstalling it from your Microsoft 365 tenant. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for security reasons.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
